Intercom
System

The T-Max® Intercom System is the first digital timing system for the tanning industry with a built in intercom. It has all the same great features as the regular T-Max® Series, but also has incorporated a fully functional digital intercom system built right into the timer.

The T-Max® Intercom is easy to install. A T-Max® Manager/Pro and a T-Max® Master intercom unit is located at the front desk. A T-Max® 3A Intercom is purchased for each bed in the salon. Each timer connects in a daisy chain just like the regular T-Max® Series. Any room can call the front desk, and the front desk can call any room. The timer in the tanning room will show two dashes indicating that the room is being called. The T-Max® Manager/Pro will show the room number that is calling the front desk.

The T-Max® Intercom is loaded with extra features. An Auto Shut-Off feature can have the T-Max® System turn the tanning bed off automatically if you need to call a room that has a customer currently tanning. No separate intercom system can provide that feature!

The T-Max® Intercom has built in call waiting. If you are talking to another room and a second room calls you, the T-Max® Manager/Pro will flash a yellow light letting you know which person is trying to call you. The timer in the room will flash dashes as long as they are on hold. When the first room is disconnected, the call on hold will automatically pick up and the stop flashing and stay on solid indicating that they are on line.

The T-Max® Intercom also has an Emergency Call feature. If you have customers tanning and an emergency arises (for example a tornado), you can send a page that will cancel every session. You can then make an announcement that will be heard in every room that has a T-Max® 3A Intercom in it.

There is an automated in room messaging feature that will make an announcement before the session starts when the timer is in delay or when a session ends. Using the computer’s sound card, you can record a different message for every bed or play the same message for each bed in the salon. Use it for advertising specials or even sell advertising time to local businesses.
